Payment for the apartment must be paid in equal parts,
the first at the time of booking and the second 4 weeks
before the date of first letting. In event of cancellation
the first payment is not refundable.
A refundable deposit will be charged to cover accidental
damage, lost keys etc. and is required with final payment.
Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
The apartment must be cleaned before departure.
Sorry - due to the nature of the accommodation we can not accommodate children or pets.
